Due to the Peacetime Emergency declared by
Governor Walz under Minnesota Statutes Chapter
12, the Health Pandemic that is COVID-19 as
labeled by the Center for Disease Control, and the
stay-at-home order as declared by Minnesota
Executive Order 20-20, the following meeting shall
be conducted entirely through teleconferencing. If
the public wishes to participate in the
Reorganization Meeting April 6 @ 9:00 AM the

conference call. At the time of the meeting, the

STATE OF MINNESOTA
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON DRAINAGE
AND UTILITY EASEMENT VACATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of Supervisors of Munson Township will meet at 8:00 p.m. on the 16th day of September at the Munson Town Hall to consider vacation of a portion of the drainage and utility easement located on property owned by Dennis Hjerpe as graphically depicted on attached Exhibit A.
The scheduled hearing is for the purpose of determining whether a portion of the above-described drainage and utility easement should be vacated. Such persons who desire to be heard with reference to this proposed vacation will be given the opportunity to be heard at this public hearing.

The Board of Appeal and Equalization for Munson township will meet on 4/1/2019, 10:30 am - 11:00 am,
at Munson Township Hall. The purpose of this meeting is to determine whether property in the jurisdiction has been properly valued and classified by the assessor.
If you believe the value or classification of your property is incorrect, please contact your assessor's office to discuss your concerns. If you disagree with the valuation and classification after discussing it with your assessor, you may appear before the local board of appeal and equalization. the board will review you assessment and amy make correcctions as needed. Generallu, you must appeal to the local board beore appealing to the county board of appeal and equalization.
